Getting Started

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a physical card, you download a carrier profile by scanning a QR code. It gives you mobile data without a physical card.

How do I purchase an eSIM?

Browse destination plans on the homepage, select a data package, and complete checkout. You'll receive a QR code via email instantly.

Is my phone compatible?

Most phones released after 2018 support eSIM — iPhone XS+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and many others. Use our Device Checker to confirm.

Do I need to unlock my phone?

Yes, your phone must be carrier-unlocked. Contact your carrier to check unlock status if you're unsure.

Setup & Activation

How do I install my eSIM?

Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM. Scan the QR code from your email. The profile downloads in seconds. You can also enter activation details manually.

When should I activate my eSIM?

Install before you travel (over WiFi). Most plans start validity when you first connect at your destination — not when you install.

What if my QR code doesn't scan?

Ensure you're on WiFi, your phone is carrier-unlocked, and try entering the code manually. Restart your phone and retry. Contact support if the issue persists.

Data & Usage

How do I check remaining data?

Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data to see usage for your eSIM line.

What happens when I run out of data?

The eSIM stops providing internet. Purchase a new plan and install a fresh profile to continue.

Can I use my eSIM for calls?

Most plans are data-only. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Telegram for calls over data. Your primary SIM still receives regular calls.

Can I use hotspot/tethering?

Depends on the plan and carrier. Some support tethering, others restrict it. Check plan details before purchase.

Billing & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and digital payment methods through our secure checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if the eSIM hasn't been downloaded/installed and you request within 30 days. Activated or partially used plans are not refundable.

Do you offer coupon codes?

Yes! Enter codes at checkout in the coupon field. Follow us on social media or subscribe for the latest offers.

Troubleshooting

eSIM isn't connecting to the network

Toggle the eSIM off/on. Enable Data Roaming. Restart your device. Try manually selecting a network in Settings > Carrier > Manual.

Accidentally deleted my eSIM

Most profiles install once only. Contact support — we'll resolve the issue for you.

Data speeds are slow

Speeds depend on local conditions. Switch network modes (4G/LTE), move to better coverage, or restart your device.
