Please read these terms carefully before using AskHeidi eSIM services.
By accessing and using AskHeidi and purchasing our eSIM products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
AskHeidi provides prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. We offer local, regional, and global plans with varying data allowances and validity periods. Details are displayed at purchase time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), own an eSIM-compatible device, provide accurate information during purchase, and have a valid payment method.
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed at time of purchase through our secure gateway. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
Upon purchase you receive a QR code and instructions via email. You are responsible for ensuring device compatibility, following installation instructions, activating within the validity window, and using the plan per fair usage policies. Plans begin validity upon first network connection at your destination.
Refunds are available if: the eSIM has not been downloaded/installed, there is a verified technical issue on a compatible device, and the request is within 30 days. No refunds for partially/fully used plans, activated plans, device incompatibility verifiable before purchase, or expired validity.
Plans are for standard personal use including browsing, messaging, email, social media, and streaming. We may limit or suspend service for reselling connectivity, illegal activities, excessive usage impacting others, or unauthorized tethering.
Services are provided "as is." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to network congestion, coverage limitations, device issues, or force majeure. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific plan in question.
All website content including text, graphics, logos, and software is AskHeidi property, protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable international commerce laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
